Our 4-Step Rug Spa Process:
Step 1 – Dust Blowout & Pre-Vacuum
A deep dust removal using a compressor-powered blower and thorough pre-vacuum front and back to lift trapped soils, pet hair, and sand before treatment begins.
Step 2 – Spot, Stain Pre-Treat & Agitation Scrub
Targeted stain treatments and a machine agitation scrub suited to your rug’s fibre type. Loosens built-up dirt, cleans thoroughly, refreshes the pile, and removes stains.
Step 3 – Extraction & Dry
Extraction is performed using the method(s) best suited to the rug and its condition. Wand, upholstery tool, or dry-clean extraction - ensuring a gentle yet thorough result. Followed by a complete dry-off and fan-dry to restore softness and maintain healthy fibres.
Step 4 – Post-Vac & Deliver
Once dry, a careful post-vacuum and final groom are done before your rug is rolled, wrapped, and delivered back fresh and ready to enjoy.
